It’s a reflection of who we think we are
and what we feel we deserve in life.

and your life force energy (or lack thereof) shines through

When Jen first reached out to me last December,
what she was magnetizing in her life
was a medical leave for a mysterious Chronic Illness
from work she wasn’t fulfilled in.
We are conditioned to think that health problems
are just bad luck, germs, or genes,
but Jen had been following me for a while and knew better than that.
Even though Jen is a successful corporate badass in the finance world,
she was a chronic fawner and people pleaser who was an overwhelmed single mother
who was also stuck in a codependent trauma bond with a man she felt she had to “mother.”
It’s like a textbook case in our CycleBreaker community.
When we haven’t learned the art of Elegant Boundaries in work or relationships,
the illness becomes our “Voice” and “Boundary.”
She had done all the therapies, coaching, books, podcasts and allll the things.
She took a leap of Faith and attended the Overview Experience,
a 6 hour deep dive that has been likened to a plant medicine journey

On her Integration Call with me afterwards she told me:

She just told me today that she’s now ready to start dating.
Where most women in her position would stay bitter and resentful,
she now feels confident enough to let love back in,
because she now has the tools to NEVER abandon herself again.
She trusts herself.

This is the true foundation of a secure relationship.
One where she can model for her daughters —
and pass on those lessons to the next generation,
so her daughters love themselves enough
to never have to feel embarrassed to have their pictures taken,
to speak their truth, and to never have to abandon themselves for love.
